Easy access via main arterials to Melbourne and surrounds. Public transport operates at the front door & for those night owls who wish to come back to the park after midnight the Night Rider will get you back to the park, on Friday and Saturday nights only.

Accommodation is provided for tourers, tents, motor homes and static holiday homes. The Park is often referred to as 'a gem set in the heart of Robin Hood Country' and is equally excellent for an overnight halt or as a base for exploring the many attractions in the area. The Park is run under the direct supervision of the resident proprietors: Lew, Shirley, Steve & Martin ("The Baileys"), who take great pride in keeping The Park 'spick & span'. A selection of new and previously owned holiday homes are regularly available for sale on site.

We are situated 3 kilometers from Browns Plains, and approximately 25 kilometers from the Brisbane CBD. The close proximity to a great system of motorways means that not only is it easy to get to Brisbane but also to travel South to Surfers Paradise, which is approximately a 40 minute drive away.

Greenbank Gardens have a live-in Management Team who are available for emergencies 24 hours a day. A security check of the site is carried out at irregular intervals and this, together with our remote control entrance gates, give the residents the assurance of privacy and security.

Within Walking distance is a small complex with Woolworth's and a variety of specialty shops, among them being a Pharmacy, two Medical Centres, Post Office and News Agency. Also close by is the Tavern, Garden Centre and an Animal Hospital. There is a Major Shopping Centre at Browns Plains housing a grand Cinema

Complex and a huge variety of shops. Located outside the centre is Logan City Council Library, Centrelink, plus several Factory Outlets and Restaurants.

Our Village bus regularly provides free transport to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre and Greater Union Birch, Carroll and Coyle Cinema Complex.This service provides for you to be picked up and returned to your front door.

Fire, Police and Ambulance Services are within 1 kilometer and the Greenbank RSL is approximately 2 kilometres away. The Logan Hospital is also within easy reach.

Small well-behaved house pets are welcome to stay at Greenbank Gardens as long as they and their owners give due and proper consideration to neighbours.

Palm Lake Resort at Carindale is a mature aged, independent living, lifestyle facility with two and three bedroom housing.
The Resort features a secure environment with a controlled access main gate and 24 hour camera monitoring. The security monitoring system is connected to the main television point in each home and the main gate can be viewed and opened from each home when visitors arrive.

The village has sealed roads, established gardens and landscaped common areas. Each home has its own garden and car accommodation. There are on site caretakers and common areas and lawns, are maintained by contractors. The caretakers operate a shuttle bus service to Carindale and Cannon Hill Shopping Centres three days of the week, with groceries lifted to your door.

Residents privacy is assured and there is a wide variety of activity available including water aerobics, gentle exercise, tai chi, outdoor and indoor bowls. An active residents social club organises regular outings such as bus trips, casual tea outings, BBQs and a weekly bingo evening.

Facilities available to residents include indoor heated swimming pool, four lane bowling green with night lights for night bowling, putt putt, boules, darts and a Recreational hall which is Air Conditioned.
